Meeting Sept.12, 2009
President Bette Rodey called the meeting to order at 10: 00a.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call of Board; President, Bette Rodey, Vice-President Norman Betts, Secretary Bette Rodey, Treasurer Beverly Betts and
Trustees Linda Gagne and Ed Martin were present.
The President asked for a motion to accept the minutes of the annual meeting held on Sept.13, 2008. Frank Burlew made a motion
to accept and Sue Short seconded. All approved and the motion carried. The minutes will be placed on file.
The President asked for a motion to accept the financial report from May 31 2008 to May 31, 2009. Robert Gagne made a motion to
accept and JoAnn Steffy seconded. All approved and the statement will be placed on file.
The President asked for a motion to accept the parks and grounds funds from May 31 2008 to May 31, 2009. Frank Burlew made a
motion to accept and Fritz Shull seconded. All approved and the statement will be placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Bette Rodey gave a short report on the playscape in the Lake Park that was approved by the low owners at the last annual meeting.
The playscape is complete.
NEW BUSINESS - Trustee openings. There are two opening and tree people are running. Norman Betts, Ed Martin and Bobby Carter. Lot owners were asked to vote for two.
Resort Authority updates. Robert Gagne updated those present on the projects being undertaken by the Resort Authority. He was very informative on the progress of the new dike project.
OLD BUSINESS - There is no old business.
OPEN DISCUSSION - A resident stated Woodland Blvd coming out of the West side of the community is always slick during the winter. Norman Betts assured him
he does salt that exit very heavily. Residents also stated that police do not always come when they are called for speeders.
VOTING - The voting was held with the sworn in election committee On duty at the locked ballot box. The committee consisted of Brian Russell, Daniel Plocharczyk and Fritz Shull.
Norman Betts and Bobby Carter were elected to fill the two openings.
Fritz Shull made a motion to adjourn at 11:15 am. supported by Bobby Carter. All present responded aye.
