THE NEW BEACH ASSOCIATION MAIN PARK IS CLOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION HOURS.

BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC THE BOARD HAS TO CLOSE THE PARK TO KEEP THE

HOME OWNERS SAFE.

AT THE AUGUST BOARD MEETING THE BOARD EAR-MARKED

$5000.00 TO REPLACE TREES DESTROYED BY THE JUNE 6th TORNADO.

BEACH CLEANUP

Remember, keeping the beach clean is every home owner's

responsibility. With the construction going on it is impossible for

us to keep the beach as clean as we would like to.

If you are going to use the beach, bring a garbage bag, and a Kroger plastic shopping bag

 Use the shopping bag like a glove to put the trash in the

garbage bag. Put the garbage bag (when you are finished) in one of the many trash cans

or set it next to a trash can and we will pick it up.

 If every home owner visiting their beach will clean just a few feet it will make a great

difference.

Please don't pick up the fish

The fish are cleaned up every Wednesday and Friday in an attempt

to make your visit to the beach as enjoyable as possible

PETS

IF YOU WALK YOUR DOG ON COMMON GROUNDS PLEASE BRING A BAG TO

PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS. OUR LAWN MOWING SERVICE CANNOT WEED WHACK

IN SOME AREAS BECAUSE THE DOG FECES FLIES UP ON THEM.

                   IF ANYONE HAS ANY PICTURES NEW OR OLD THAT WOULD ADD INTEREST TO OUR WEBSITE PLEASE LET US KNOW.

         IF YOU HAVE A DEAD TREE ON YOUR PROPERTY THAT IS IN THE ROAD

         RIGHT-OF-WAY AND WANT IT CUT DOWN, PLEASE PRINT AND MAIL THIS

      TREE FORM

        WE WILL ASK THE RESORT AUTHORITY TO CUT IT DOWN AT NO COST TO

       THE LOT OWNER.

                STREET LIGHTS ARE BEING REPAIRED AS SOON WE DISCOVER THEY ARE OUT.

  Please have the pole number (located on the pole),  note whether it is a metal or wood pole, and the have the closest address to the streetlight.

GRAFFITI, UNFORTUNATELY, IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM. SEEMS WE NO SOONER GET IT CLEANED OFF IT'S BACK AGAIN. IF YOU SEE IT,

A PAPER TOWEL AND INEXPENSIVE NAIL POLISH REMOVER WILL USUALLY TAKE IT OFF. PERMANENT  MARKER TAKES GRAFFITI REMOVER. IF YOU SEE IT REPORT IT AND WE WILL CLEAN IT OFF.
